- 180 mm Tire with 1 1/2" Belt or 200 mm Tire with Chain
- 1 1/2" O.D. Drawn Over Mandrel (DOM) ASTM A513-96T5 .188" wall tubing for backbone strength
- 1 1/4" O.D x .120" wall thickness tubing for cradle and tail strength
- Additional clearance built-in at backbone for Evolution style engine with up to .200" taller cylinder/head length. Allows rear rocker box to be serviced without removal of entire engine
- TIG welded in high stress areas
- Dual gussets at front and rear motor mounts and at transmission mounts
- Boxed lower seat post mount
- Welded-on exhaust hanger mount
- Fully machined hour glass style steering neck
- Fork lock tab
- Softail style seat front mounting tab
- Chrome 3/4" O.D. axle kit with axle djusters, left side spacer and nut

Note: As with any frame-up custom build project, it is common shop practice to pre-assemble the entire motorcycle prior to any paint work for compatibility verification of all parts used.
