- Fat look 1 3/8" O.D. cradle and tail section tubing made from high strength drawn over mandrel (DOM) steel with .120" wall thickness
- Can be used with a full width 1 1/2" rear belt
- Built-in fork stop designed to be used with a billet type fork bracket (flat lower tree) found in the front end section
- 3/4" O.D. axle with concealed nuts and decorative side plates
- Additional frame clearance designed to still have serviceable rocker covers with .500" taller than stock Evolution engine
- All individual frame components are CNC machined from billet steel
- 100% TIG welded construction for maximum strength and durability
- Includes rear oil tank mount
- Use with alternator type Shovelhead or Big Twin Evolution engine. Can also be used with a Twin Cam Alpha (non-balancer type) if used with our custom rear engine mount 26055

Required Components
- 5 Speed transmission for Softail 1986/1999 found in the drive train section
- Oil tank for Softail 1986/1999 or one of our custom center fill tanks found in the fuel section
- Billet type fork brackets with a flat lower bracket that the hidden fork stop plate can be screwed to found in the front end section
- Custom fabricated mounts for the rear fender and sissy bar
- Custom fabricated exhaust hanger mount
- Seat post style ignition coil mounting bracket for Big Twin 4 speed 1965/1982 found in the electric section
- Rear wheel pulley spacer (correct thickness will be dictated by wheel manufacturer) found in the drive train section
- Rear axle/wheel spacer(s) (width will be dictated by wheel manufacturer) found in the wheel section
- 9" wide rear fender found in the frame and body section
- Rear brake caliper and support for Softail Late 1987/1999 found in the wheel section
- Seat for Softail 1984/1999 found in the frame and body section
- 180 mm tire on a 5" rim requires OE style Softail transmission mounting plate (non-offset) 1986/1999 found in the drive train section
- 180 mm tire on a 6" rim requires 1/2" offset Softail transmission mounting plate, inner primary to engine spacer and primary drive
- 200 mm tire requires 1/2" offset Softail transmission mounting plate, inner primary to engine spacer and primary drive
Note: As with any frame-up custom build project, it is common shop practice to pre-assemble the entire motorcycle prior to any paint work for compatibility verification of all parts used.
